Mr. Armen Khachian is the founder of the Navy Vision Agency. Born on July 24, 2007, in Iran, Armen demonstrated a strong drive for achievement from a young age. Early in his life, he sought out opportunities for growth and dedicated himself to working towards ambitious goals. Through exploring various job opportunities, he recognized that online work offers three key freedoms: time flexibility, geographic independence, and financial autonomy. This insight led him to focus on the digital space as the ideal platform to launch his career and pursue his entrepreneurial vision

Mr. Armen Khachian often reflects on his entrepreneurial journey, saying, “Starting a business at a young age was always a bit daunting for me. Taking on significant responsibilities early in life is never easy, and I made the conscious decision to sacrifice my youth in pursuit of my goals. I will continue to dedicate myself to my work, as I believe that success requires sacrifices.” He emphasizes that the timing of these sacrifices is a personal choice—whether made in youth, adulthood or at any stage of life

Your mind and body are fresher, and your capacity for commitment is heightened,” Armen reflects. He credits his father as the primary inspiration for his entrepreneurial journey: “I can confidently say that the initial spark to start my business came from my father. I vividly remember one day when he came home feeling frustrated. At 53 years old, he was still working as hard as someone in their 20s. That moment solidified my resolve to begin my own venture. My family has made countless sacrifices for me, and now it’s my turn to give back—perhaps even more. This responsibility is the most significant challenge of my life, and I am determined to meet it head-on

Mahur Karimi, born on January 28, 2007, has always had an interest in the world of editing. However, she had not pursued it seriously until recently, as there were limited opportunities in her local area. As Mahur puts it, “I had always been passionate about editing, but it wasn’t until I met Armen and was inspired by his vision that I decided to take it seriously

Chida Ahmadi Rad, born on September 22, 2007, is my closest friend and a source of constant inspiration. With a creative and thoughtful mind, I admire her ability to generate innovative ideas that significantly enhance both content creation and performance improvement
